Kevin Pratt
After 17 years of investing in the built environment as a landlord and developer, Kev has flipped the script to drive positive change in an industry that requires it. Described by many as persistent, driven and fuelled by purpose to make a real change. With a clear vision, Kevin sets about his mission till it is complete. Through continual growth, contribution above and beyond him self and a desire to make the impossible possible. Change is long overdue and taking extreme ownership of our moral obligation to make a legacy change is what drives Kev and therefore the Centres purpose. As a conscious capitalist who is driven to build environmentally kind homes and develop the skills of our workforce a centre of excellence is a must for more legacy impact.
